You will need the following items to enroll:

• Proof of Cushing Residence (lease/mortgage statement or current utility bill) showing account holder's name. City of Cushing Customers can request a copy of their bill from the utility office by calling (918) 225-0277 or visiting their office. We can no longer accept City of Cushing Utility Bill stubs without account holder names visible.

  • If you do not have proof of residency, please call (918) 225-3425.

• Up-To-Date Immunization Record or Signed Exemption Form

• Birth Certificate

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for placement in Pre-Kindergarten, the following conditions must be met: 

1. Your child must be 4 years old by September 1
