You will need the following items to enroll:

• Proof of Cushing Residence (lease/mortgage statement or current utility bill) showing account holder's name. City of Cushing Customers can request a copy of their bill from the utility office by calling (918) 225-0277 or visiting their office. We can no longer accept City of Cushing Utility Bill stubs without account holder names visible.
