Facility Rental Requests

Cushing Public Schools uses Facilitron to manage facility rental requests and reservations. This online system allows community members and organizations to view available spaces, review facility details, receive estimated rental quotes, and submit requests online.

Request a Facility
All district facility rental requests are submitted through Facilitron.
How It Works
Facilitron provides a centralized process for facility use requests across Cushing Public Schools. Renters can:
  • View photos and descriptions of available facilities (In Progress)
  • Check real-time availability
  • Receive estimated rental quotes
  • Submit requests online at any time
  • Pay online through the Facilitron platform
While the request and management process is digital, all facility use remains subject to Cushing Public Schools board policies. The district’s administrative staff makes final decisions on all facility use requests.
Accounts, Payment, and Insurance
Facilitron assists with organization and user account setup, including verification of nonprofit status when applicable. Facilitron also collects payment and proof of insurance on behalf of Cushing Public Schools.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal. Proof of insurance, including certificates of insurance, can be uploaded directly into the system or obtained through Facilitron.
All facility rental requests must be submitted online through Facilitron.
